Istanbul Wonders

Arrival at Istanbul international airport. Once immigration and baggage claim formalities are completed, a representative will be waiting to accompany us to our transportation. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will proceed with check-in. The rest of the day is free, depending on the arrival time of the international flight, we will have free time to rest or explore the city. To end the day, we will head to the Adamar Hotel to enjoy a gourmet dinner from an idyllic location with a 360º view of Istanbul. Return to the hotel. 

Departure for the visit of the Asian part of the city, crossing the intercontinental Bosphorus Bridge. We will start our tour with a visit to the Beylerbeyi Palace, which was built in white marble by Sultan Abdülaziz in the 19th century, and has a beautiful garden with magnolias. The palace was used as a summer residence for the sultans and as a guest house for foreign dignitaries. Back to the European side, we will visit the Basilica Cistern of Yerebatan, the most important water reservoir in the city during Byzantine times. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Eyup Quarter, where the most revered Muslim shrine in Istanbul is located: after Mecca and Jerusalem, it is the third holiest place of pilgrimage in the Islamic world. On the hill of the neighborhood, above its picturesque cemetery, is the famous Pierre Loti Café, which has spectacular views of the Golden Horn.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel for a visit to the Topkapi Palace, residence of the sultans of the Ottoman Empire (Harem Room with supplement). Free time at the Grand Bazaar (closed on Sundays, religious holidays, October 29, and July 15), a building that houses more than 4000 shops inside. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will have a panoramic city tour, passing through the important neighborhoods of the historic and modern part of the city, including a walk along the pedestrian street of İstiklal. In the afternoon, transfer to the city of Antigua for a 1-hour experience in the Turkish bath. Return to the hotel and accommodation at the hotel.

After breakfast (if the flight schedule and transfer time allow), transfer to the airport.
